Mr. Shariar obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from BPP University in 2018. Thereafter, he completed his Bar Professional Training Course from Northumbria University in 2019.
Experience: Mr. Shariar joined Tanjib Alam and Associates in 2019. After joining the firm, his areas of legal practice extend over the field which involves taxation, labour matters, company law, corporate matters, constitutional matters, service matters and so forth. He assists his senior colleagues in drafting, vetting of incorporation documents, commercial agreements, employment contracts and so on. He has advised his clients on issues related to labour, company formation, tax, securities and exchange regulations, mobile financial service, liquidation and winding up process.
