Mr. Affan joined Tanjib Alam and Associates in July 2019; Mr Affan’s areas of practice include employment, labour and service matter, Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Banking, Financing, Transactions, and Custom matters. Mr. Affan has assisted the seniors of the firm with diverse works including Foreign Transaction and he worked for many reputed foreign organization under the supervision of the seniors, such as Juki Singapore Pte, Mashreq Bank Plc, UAE; SAHCO International; Base Technologies; CheckPoint Bangladesh, International Beverages Private Limited (CocaCola) and IRIS Corporation. Besides Mr. Affan has experience in working with Government Medical Authorities including Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) and Bangabondhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU).
Mr. Affan was called to the bar of England and Wales by the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn in the year 2017. He has obtained his PGDL (BPTC) from BPP University of London, UK and prior to that he obtained his Masters of Degree (LLM) in International Business Law from the same university. He further obtained a certified degree as a n International Civil-Commercial Accredited Mediator from ADR-ODR International, UK.
