Notably, Mr. Kabir played a pivotal role in securing the Letter of Intent (LOI) and incorporation of Kori Digital Bank, the first Digital Bank in Bangladesh, and advised Financial Wellness Holdings Limited in establishing Wagely Bangladesh Limited, the country's inaugural digital financial wellness platform. Mr. Kabir was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2014 and subsequently enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law (BPTC) from City University London, UK, and an LLB from London Metropolitan University, UK.
